Hotel Policies
GENERAL INFO AND CANCELLATIONS
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior notice. Check-in time is not guaranteed.
Rates are per room, per night plus tax.
To cancel a reservation, please call us at 01-435-587-2251 or go online to website with reservation number.
Pets are only allowed in specific pet friendly rooms. Please call to confirm reservation of pet room. Limited rooms are pet friendly.
All rooms are non smoking and smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Existing bedding must be used for per room charge, per night. We do not have a roll away bed, and extra bedding may incur a charge for extra guests in room.
Cancel a Reservation
To cancel or modify an existing reservation, please call us at 01-435-587-2251 or email us. Please have your reservation number and dates ready.
If booked through an online travel agent (priceline, expedia, etc.) Please contact them directly as we are not allowed to cancel for you through a third party reservation site.
